KMGC
Welcome to the official forum of the Kent Minigolf Club! Our mission is simple.... to promote minigolf in the South East and ensure as many people as possible get involved in this fun game!

If ever there was a time for 4 Strings to make a late season appearance then the 2009 KO would be the one!

I thought it would be a fitting end to a great season if the KMGC (and any guests in the vacinity) could meet up for a spot of breakfast before we go down to the course and get ready for the competition. A 9am get together could be a nice way to warm up for the KO... hit the course by 10 for some last minute line tweaks before kicking off at 11.
Any takers & suggestions on where we could meet up?

The madness of minigolf!
If it's a repeat of last year we might need to rename it the KUT - kent Underwater Tournament! Whatever happens it can't be as bad as 08's final... can it?!!andy ex wrote:Freebird wrote:Weatherwise I have now official given up trying to work out what it's going to do. I do hope that's not the case!

It's a great line up of talent and I think that the fact that I haven't even had a chance to get down to Strokes since the BO weekend makes it all the more exciting - be like saying hello to an old friend (although not sure how to make this analogy work when thinking about trampling all over them and hitting balls off their borders... need to work on that one I think!!!).
I refer the right honourable gentleman to the Kent Open factoid no.3...andy ex wrote:Freebird wrote:I have to say that I am really looking forward to this weekends competition probably more so than any of the other years. Funny you should say that, when I was polishing the trophy ( ) the other week, I was thinking that I couldn't wait for the KO, that was before the WCGC's! KMGC I am certain will supply a good portion of the leaderboard! I never make predictions (unlike some who fancy their chances so they predict 3rd place for themselves eh Chappers ) but, Megabowl=defended title, BMGA Players Championship=defended title. Anyone see a pattern emerging?
