All the best to DT as head tournament boss, if in need we'll be there.

Good luck everyone from the KMGC playing this weekend, all of Team GB & also Marion organising, it looks like it'll be a great weekend.
I had a nice day down there with Sheila yesterday & saw a lot of Czech & German players practicing hard, I came away with some serious sun/windburn haha. Nice to see Bill Bullin going round with Karsten too, hopefully a return to the BMGA ranks will happen.

All the best guys, have a great Tournament & I'll be around at some point on Saturday to cheer you all on quietly!

VTK & VTGB!

cheers cheers

Looked a great Tournament today, the course looked so good with the flags & that very pro score hut - great stuff! Michael's 24 was outstanding but there were some seriously good KMGC scores coming in too, I watched the German girl start her third round with a load of aces, I'd liked to have stayed longer but the Hurricane & Tornado don't do minigolf watching when there's air hockey over the road! Smile Good luck tomorrow everyone!

The 2015 WORLD ADVENTURE GOLF MASTERS (WAGM) WAS contested for the fourth year at the Pirate Course in Hastings, across the weekend of 6/7 June.

After 2 days of thrilling competition, Martin Stöckle (Germany) was crowned the World Adventure Golf Masters champion, winning his third WAGM title in 5 years and seeing Germany win all 5 titles since the tournament started in 2011.

Great Britain's Michael Smith came second, one shot behind Martin, having equalled the all time course record of 24 on day one. Oliver Rathjens (Germany) picked up the bronze medal having beaten Filiph Svensson (Sweden) in a sudden death play off.

The Team competition saw Germany once again win the title (making it 5 wins in 5 years) with Sweden in 2nd and Great Britain in 3rd place.

Other winners over the weekend saw Chris Harding (Great Britain) win the senior category title, Will Donnelly (Great Britain) win the Junior title and Martin pick up the general class title (the category titles being decided after 6 rounds of the event).

The BMGA would like to thank all the competitors for making the event such a success, Marion Homer (Tournament Director) for running a seamless and excellent competition, Simon Tompkins and the team at Hastings Adventure Golf for providing us with a top class venue and hospitality for the event and all at the White Rock Hotel for their ongoing support of the WAGM in Hastings.

Well played Adam, the only player to get just the one Green score & that was the difference between him coming equal 1st or 2nd going on his other very consistent scores - impressive stuff & such a shame about that 34!
Well done all KMGC & Michael, Sheila & FB - all getting top 10 placings in a serious quality field.

How did Chris get the Senior title btw FB? Same score as your own but a higher difference, I thought that meant you won?
