Great game - not a 3 between us in 22 holes. AK went 1up with an ace on 18, I had to ace to draw the game which unbelievably happened!

Sightly off topic but Cricket and I took the Woods to a 10th playoff hole, sadly losing after squandering a 4 hole lead. Great game.

I had a great match against Adrian and we went to the 16th before a final result. 3&2 to Gringo

I would laugh but he did the same to me on friday although I take some solice in the fact I lasted a hole longer (still thumped 5&3 though)

The Natural beat Cricket 1up

Freebird found some form today, beating The Eagle 2&1 and Breakdown 4&3 to complete my first phase of matches.

Both Chris and Adrian played very well and will no doubt bag a few scalps as the comp progresses.

If possible it would be useful to have the next phase of matches announced before the Easter Eggstravaganza in April to help push along the fixtures…

The ref beat Adrian 2&1, as well as beating Brian 4&3!!

The Natural beat Breakdown 1up

The Ref beat Alien 7-6, although as we were level around hole 7 not sure how! Whatever, The Ref won due to the wheels coming off my cart in spectacular fashion.

Results from earlier today-

The Kid beat The Eagle 5&4

The Kid beat Ed 3&2

The Ref beat DT two and one at Sidcup on the Smugglers course. Well done!

AK beat Natural 2+1 and TK beat Alien 2+1 at Sidcup

Alien and The Natural tied after 18 holes, Alien eventually winning after play off hole 12.

And TK beat DG 5+4!? Really Scott?!

HIOK beat Breakdown 3 & 2

Anarchy reigns in the Matchplay draw... it appears that there's probably been more un-scheduled fixtures played than the scheduled ones.

Shocking stuff indeed.

The big question is will the organiser allow these fixtures to stand?

Well still 2 months to go. Seems a bit off that you get Nil for a defeat but 1 for a can't-be-bothered.......
