BRITISH ADVENTURE GOLF OPEN
For 2012 the BMGA are holding an additional one day event at the Pirate Course on Saturday 19th May, the British Adventure Golf Open (The BAGO!). Open to all, this event will consist of 3 rounds on the Pirate Course - running simultaneously with day 2 of the WAGM – and gives players a chance to compete for the British Adventure Golf Champion title.
The tournament costs £20 entry fee for adults, £10 for juniors (under 18's) and players already taking part in the WAGM can also enter this event for the reduced price of £10 (the 3 rounds from day 2 of the WAGM will count as those players’ British Adventure Golf Open scores). Tee off areas will mirror those of the WAGM.
For those not already participating in the WAGM, entry to the BAGO also includes the Saturday evening presentation and closing ceremony at the White Rock Hotel where the presentations will be made for the World Adventure Golf Masters prizes and the British Adventure Golf Open prizes. If you would like to play in the BAGO then please let me know by Friday evening (18th May) at the latest, either via chairman@minigolf.org.uk or send off the application form found at http://www.minigolf.org.uk/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=59:forms&catid=36:tournamentsforms&Itemid=56
