Bizarre question.
I don't know if any of you have had dealings with David Barrett but I've had a series of messages from on Facebook because he finds the form too confusing and no one will help him. I have tried to answer his questions but he won't say which bits are confusing. I have asked him to message the BMGA email address. From what I can gather, he attempted to enter the British Open and possibly the World Crazies too. He claims the website is too complicated as well and he is in creative publicity so he can help redesign it (don't worry, I've told him his assistance won't be required for that).
Question is. Does anyone here have a problem with the layout of the form?
I've always entered online (apart from the 2013 British Masters) and it all seems pretty good to me.
