I see Mark Wood's attempt at humour has somewhat missed the mark, like some of his putts...

Who knew that Tiger would leap to your defence?

Are you poaching Kent players Sheila?

No intention of poaching anyone. Concentrating on getting new people involved in the game in the Sussex area....

That's not your call to make, Marc and it's about time you stopped with the playground behaviour and called him Tiger. How old are you? Rise above and set an example

To be honest I always thought Marc meant it as a compliment to Tiger!

Look at the song lyrics, which I'm sure gives away his true feelings

The wonderful thing about tiggers
Is tiggers are wonderful things

Their tops are made out of rubber
Their bottoms are made out of springs

They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun
But the most wonderful thing about tiggers
Is I'm the only one

The wonderful thing about tiggers
Is tiggers are wonderful chaps
They're loaded with vim and with vigor
They love to leap in your laps

They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy pouncy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun
But the most wonderful thing about tiggers
Is I'm the only one.

Tiggers are wonderful fellahs
Tiggers are awfully sweet
Everyone else is jealous

And that's why I repeat

The wonderful thing about tiggers
Are tiggers are wonderful things
Their tops are made out of rubber
Their bottoms are made out of springs

They're bouncy, trouncy, flouncy, pouncy
Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun
But the most wonderful thing about tiggers
Is I'm the only one, yes, I'm the only one

If we were to dissect my post, I thought the comment was quite witty actually!
With several meanings too...poaching in the cooking sense...poaching in the hunting sense...poaching in the stealing sense.
Perhaps I should have gone with Tiger instead of the Tigger online moniker I've created for him?
Back to the drawing board for witty comment of the year 2014 then! affraid
