A huge congratulations to Adam on the first of many British Open titles for sure and his 2nd Major victory.

A fantastic achievement for him personally and of course in the history of the KMGC!

Congratulations Adam on a stunning win, incredible scoring all weekend and quite simply blew the field away.
Congratulations to Michael & Nuno too & personally it was nice to see Freddie among the leaders.
Thanks Sean, Marion & Brenda for their hard work making it a flawless triumph of organisation as ever, it really was a great event.
Thanks also too, to Matt, Brian & Frankie for once again hosting at the the wonderful Strokes course - there's no better place to be on a sunny weekend! Bloody frustrating occasionally though haha I think most of us know that one (BO Champion excepted)
Nice to see everyone again, Tel & I had a good weekend. At least I can sleep tonight without the snoring but I'm having strawberry cider withdrawal symptoms

Marc & I finally played for the recently found again KMGC Matchplay tankard on the Saturday of the BO. We decided that, as with the Megabowl, lowest score for the five rounds took the trophy.
I was behind all day it seemed & going into the final round I was 6 shots behind & all was seemingly hopeless, then I heard that Marc had taken a 7 on Heartbreak Ridge. I went out & shot a 34, hearing during the round that Marc had, an unusual for him - 41. So the tankard now sits in my kitchen cupboard & finally I have had a drink out of it. Never got him to fill it up for me though haha but cheers Force!
