2011 British Open - Saturday & Sunday 17th/18th September - Lost Island Encounter

Promises to be a great weekend.

Weather looks OK - we may get a few spots of rain but nothing the hardy souls of the KMGC can't cope with.

It's been a long time coming, but finally here it is - the full HIOK report from the British Open:

A fantastic effort as always, although the two week break was needed to edit down the excessive swearing and gratuitous violence that have become the trademark of HIOK and the marvellously unPC comments and quotes from TK Max (still, at his age it's only to be expected).

A fine report of a fine weekend HIOK!

"His reliance on the klicker will be his downfall!” – Mr X predicts trouble for Freebird, though admittedly this prediction came before Freebird’s ball change on hole 18

It was hole 18 that I thought would be the problem using a Klicker, in the dry conditions it can bounce back about 5 or 6 feet away from the hole, leaving a real stinker. Sadly for myself & AK, FB very wisely decided to switch ball!
