2016 KMGC Easter Eggstravaganza - Easter Sunday - Bluewater

The second of the seasons KMGC 'Majors' is just under 3 weeks away!!

Yes it's that time of the year again - and you are all cordially invited to the KMGC Easter Eggstravaganza - Easter Sunday 27th March at the now traditional EE venue, the Pirate Cove in Bluewater (taking place for a sixth year running)!

3 rounds of strokeplay (once again all on the Smugglers Course) and as the main Bluewater Shopping centre is actually closed (the one day of the year!) it's probably going to be relatively quiet again (a marked contrast to most courses in the South East if the sun is out).

I’m waiting to confirm details with the course (opening and start times, etc) but will probably be looking at an 11am start which should give everyone ample time to get to the course - and as always it promises to be a great way to spend Easter Sunday.

Let me know if you fancy it (friends and family and even non KMGC minigolfers also welcome ) - and hopefully we will see you all at the Pirate Cove in March (for a festivity of minigolf, larks and maybe even a spot of chocolate thrown in as well).

Quick EE update.

Course opens at 10 - we'll look at teeing off the EE from 11 (all on the Smugglers course as usual).

Should be a half decent day weatherwise and for the one day of the year, Bluewater is closed apart from a few eateries and the cinema so should be nicely quiet on the course.

The day rate has crept up to £20 for adults and stays as £15 for under 12's. A bit pricey I know but still works out cheaper than paying as a 'normal' punter.

Make sure you bring your Tour Pro card to get the discounted rate. If you can't find it or need one, let me know before Sunday morning and I can sort this out for you (or any guests).

We will have use of the party room for the day so can store bags, etc in there while we hack our way around the course.

And remember - the clocks spring forward tonight (technically tomorrow morning) so don't be LATE!!!!!

Thanks Sean & Marion for yet another great KMGC day, if the rain/hail had continued it could have been awful but we were lucky. Well done Sheila & Sean, nice to play with you both in the final round & The Gommfather with Matty in R1.
