Evening,

Just to give you all advance notice - Splash Point Minigolf Club are hosting their Open on Saturday 25th July

It'll be a similar format - 5pm start, three rounds, mediocre Excel spreadsheet skills.

I'll post more details when I've done some advanced, high-level thinking.

It'll be great to see you there

Cheers

Ant

What's the away trip? I'm unaware of that too.

Either way, I will be there.

We're still on for a 5pm (ish) start next week - by the time we're ready to tee off it'll be more like 5:30

If you want to play but might be late - let me know and we'll put you in a group of the 2 slowest players so you can just able up and still not miss your first shot...

Please 'register' at the kiosk by 3pm (or let us know) so we can enter your details into the 'Matrix'.

cheers

Ant

Thanks to Ant and Peter for an excellent day by the seaside. Michael won a play-off with an ace at hole 1 after he and Peter finished level on 100 for 3 rounds. Adam won the play-off for third beating Tony and Nuno with an ace at hole 1.

Thanks to everyone who came down - hope you enjoyed your day. We were lucky with the great weather as saturday has been sandwiched with wall-to-wall rain.

Great win again by Michael and some great other performnces down the results list too.

Special mention to Adam - 25 in practice and a new course record. Wow. Adam - did you keep that scorecard? I didn't get a chance to properly take it in.

Who says the course is too hard?

Apologies for overrunning by 15mins. We started the 1st round at 5:20 which was a bit too late really - my fault. Our use of the Clubhouse was on / off / on / off / on / off all week - at 5pm, I thought I'd be running it out of the kisok! Still, players got their 'rehydration' between rounds in the end...

Thanks again and hopefully see you again in 2016!

Would have been interesting if Michael had the 39 in round one...

That's a serious round AK!
Well done yourself & Tony in the competition too, you were lucky I suppose that it was on Saturday because yesterday would've been well naff! Smile

I do believe that round will never get beaten at Splash Point. Serious scoring, Adam. Smile

Well, it sat at 28 for ages, then went to 27 and now we've missed 26 altogether!

Looking at Adam's round, its not unreasonable to think he could have picked up 2 more aces at 5 and 9....

23 anyone?

True. I always thought on the right day, conditions and person, 24 is on.

Alright, 25 might get beaten. I know Adam was close before with a 27 including a 5. Still, well played sir, I tip my hat to you.
