Some surprising names missing from the KMGC.... good to see the MMGC have booked their coach down.

Will be at Sidcup Saturday morning, newbie Oskar (nickname TBA - Foxtrot not a possibility given his age) will try out the KOB for the first time.

A great day again as ever & good to be back among the guys, I missed you all. Matty really enjoyed himself & can't wait to play again so maybe we'll be around much more next year again, I hope so.
Many thanks as always to Sean & Marion for glorious organisation & bringing nice weather too, it was a lovely day for November. I love Sidders too, a fine course that takes every opportunity to bite you bum when you least expect it to.
Well done Delaney, a good performance all day & nice to see another face at the top of the list, unlucky though & commiserations to Michael. Well done all other prize winners in every category, lots of new faces for me & that was very nice to see. Thanks as always to my playing partners, Matty & Marion, followed by The Ref & Sheila, great company one and all & thanks to Matt & Chris for looking after Matty in R3.
See you in sunny Hastings guys, and until then ......

Keeeeeeep VTKing!

God did I really type that?

Always a pleasure Andy.

Apologies to all for the lack of online scores, etc but our laptop adaptor chose the wrong weekend to break. Hopefully we'll be back up and running later in the week and will get the photos / results and website all uploaded then.

Sean, no one can complain in the least I would like to think, the enthusiasm & work you have put into the BMGA and KMGC over the years has been very evident for all & we appreciate it greatly. If the VTK shield could be awarded to the same person, you'd get it every single year. Those that have been around for more than a few years remember well the chaos before you & Marion took over so don't worry, we all accept it is an electronic malfunction & look forward to seeing the results & pics etc when you are able to.

I would also like to add my congratulations to Tiger for winning the shield this year, his hard work, sometimes ridiculed unfairly was always done with the best intentions & he was trying to get lower ranked players involved in winning things & to be quite honest, it has worked. It for me, was nice to see others felt the same, well done Tiger! cheers

Congratulations to Will on his first tour victory and on holding his nerve over the last few holes to secure a play-off with an ace on 17. Commiserations to Scott who had another great day and a great season, unfortunately the Volcano can kick you in the teeth sometimes.

Congratulations too to Tiger, a popular winner of the VTK Shield.

Move over Acemaster... I just need to stop dropping careless shots and with all these aces I might actually win something Laughing

I am touched by the attention my ace famine has got. I might cry when I get one at Lost Island, if it ever happens. If I fail to get one on the Pirates at the CC I will jump in the sea....

I think your teammates will attempt to drown you themselves if you fail to get an ace at the CC's! Razz

Looks like Will had a storming end to his last round...very similar to mine at the 2011 BO with aces on 15 and 17 - very well done and good nerve required for both shots. Good to see him go for it too! A fine victory indeed.
