Happy New Year!

I will be running the London Marathon in April to raise funds for the Joliba Trust and their valuable work among some of the poorest communities in Mali. This is a huge personal challenge for me as I have never run a marathon before and it will take a lot of hard work, dedication and sacrifice over the next few months, starting today. Please help to encourage me by visiting my Just Giving page below and making a donation. You can keep up with my progress by following me on Twitter at www.twitter.com/tkmarathon

Thank you so much for your support.

Nice one TK, although Mo may well give you a tougher challenge than myself with my Pirifomis Syndrome restricting me to 2-3 runs weekly - not good preparation but I'll be there!
