Anyone played the course yet?

Anyone planning on making a trip up before the comp?

DT & myself are looking at going up next weekend to meet the course owner, check out the facilities, and to look at the course in detail to prepare for the competition.

Undoubtedly more interestingly we are also planning to meet up with Team Kukielka for a spot of banter and a few friedly KMGC v MMGC rounds! Will confirm shortly but be good to have a few other KMGC'ers around if you are able to make the trip!

Very bland course in my opinion...will throw up an interesting result I bet.

Will probably be one of the staff winning - Daryl has the course record I think. But will be interesting to see how they do under the spotlight with the pressure and pros looking on.

Have faith in the Force...

Another great event, full details of the comp (and the results) can be here

The KMGC players did us all proud - Adam in 9th, Marc in 10th and Tony in 18th (both no doubt rueing the out of character 40 rounds) and also the usual thanks to Marion for running the show on the day and allowing me to concentrate on playing - tied in 2nd only to end up 4th via a couple of play offs (Andy I know you will empathise with the pain that these can cause ).

A good set up at the course, and a real leveller of a competition - great to see so many of the new players making a dent on the leaderboard.

Roll on the Masters - should have a cracking turn out of the KMGC... see you all soon!

I share your pain FB! Mind you, I remember you were responsible for a fair portion of my own pain previously!
